Development Capability Training

Training in the Development Process and Problem Solving is provided to early-career employees. After completing the training, employees further develop their problem-solving skills through practical experience in the workplace.

Project Leader Development

To enhance the management capabilities required of project leaders (PLs), we provide training in the four SQCD disciplines: Quality Management, Scope Management, Cost Management, and Schedule Management. Through this training, participants develop the skills needed to manage projects independently.

After completing the training, selected participants engage in workplace improvement activities as part of their practical development.

Senior Position Development Program

To develop and expand the pool of senior-level professionals capable of handling large-scale or highly complex projects, we provide development programs designed to strengthen business acumen and enhance management capabilities.

Department Manager Training

Department managers receive training on their roles as executives and on departmental management. In addition, through one-on-one meetings with the President, they develop the mindset required of executives who can adapt to changing times.

Qualifications

To develop highly skilled engineers, HIMACS provides a wide range of education and training programs and actively encourages employees to pursue professional certifications.

Qualifications

HIMACS provides education and training programs designed to enhance engineers’ skills in line with the career path framework made available to all engineers.
