Personal Information Protection Policy “Privacy Statement”
The Company provides its customers with a wide range of services, including system integration services and advanced information technology services. While providing these services, the Company may receive and handle various types of information from its customers. Among such information, personal information is particularly important.
Based on this recognition, the Company has established the following Personal Information Protection Policy and is committed to the proper protection of personal information, while continuing to provide services that satisfy its customers.
The Company will:
- clearly specify the purposes for the collection, use, and provision of personal information, and handle such information only to the extent necessary to achieve those purposes;
- implement measures to prevent the use of personal information for purposes other than those specified, and handle such information only within the scope of the specified purposes of use, obtaining the consent of the individual concerned if such handling exceeds the extent necessary to achieve those purposes;
- take reasonable security measures against risks relating to personal information, including unauthorized access to, and the loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of, personal information, and take corrective action if any such incident occurs;
- comply with laws, regulations, and other standards relating to personal information; and
- continuously improve its management system and initiatives to protect personal information.

Purpose of Use of Personal Information and Provision to Third Parties
In the course of its business activities, the Company uses personal information for the following purposes.
With respect to personal information marked with an asterisk “*”, as retained personal data, the individual concerned may submit a request to the Company for notification of the purpose of use, disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, suspension of provision to third parties, and disclosure of records concerning provision to third parties (collectively, “Disclosure, etc.”).

However, personal information handled in the course of outsourced operations does not constitute retained personal data.

Measures Taken for the Safe Management of Personal Information
To ensure stricter handling of personal information, the Company has established rules and procedures for the protection of personal information in accordance with its Personal Information Protection Policy, which complies with JIS Q 15001, and operates a personal information protection management system that considers the external environment.
In addition, when handling personal information, the Company has implemented safety management measures from four perspectives: organizational, human, physical, and technical.

Procedures for Requesting Disclosures, etc.
To request disclosure, etc., please download, print out, complete, and send to the Company the prescribed form “Request for Notification of Purpose of Use, Disclosure, etc. Concerning Personal Information.” Please note that the Company may, at its discretion, refrain from disclosing information that it has independently evaluated or added to the personal information it has obtained.
