Since assuming office as President and CEO in 2015, he has also appropriately fulfilled his role in overseeing overall management. The Company has appointed him as Managing Director, judging that his extensive experience and insight will continue to contribute to the Company’s management.
Representative Director, President and CEO	Kenji Takada	He has served as head of business divisions and the corporate planning division, and has extensive business experience and insight into the Company’s operations. He has also overseen business divisions and support divisions, and has been involved in formulating medium- to long-term management strategies. The Company has appointed him as Managing Director, judging that his extensive track record and experience will contribute to the Company’s management.
Managing Director and Executive Vice President Officer	Katsumi Ikuta	He has primarily served as head of business divisions in the financial sector and system infrastructure fields, and has extensive business experience and insight into the Company’s operations. He has also worked to strengthen relationships with key customers, contributing to the enhancement of the Company’s customer base and business foundation. The Company has appointed him as Managing Director, judging that his extensive track record and experience will contribute to the Company’s management.
Managing Director and Senior Executive Officer	Susumu Nishimoto	He has held key positions at companies in the same industry as the Company, and has extensive business experience and deep insight into system development, infrastructure technology, and project management. He also has experience serving as an Outside Director of the Company and is well-versed in the Company’s business. The Company has appointed him as Managing Director, judging that his extensive track record and experience will contribute to the Company’s management.
Outside Director	Akinobu Shigeki	He has been appointed as Outside Director so that his extensive experience and deep insight into corporate management at companies in the same industry as the Company can contribute to the Company’s management. In particular, the Company expects him to provide advice based on his professional insight as an experienced corporate manager, offer recommendations on management plans, and supervise the execution of business from an objective external perspective.
Outside Director	Miyuki Inagi	She has been reappointed as Outside Director so that her extensive experience and deep insight gained through key positions at companies in the same industry as the Company can continue to contribute to the Company’s management. Following her reappointment, the Company expects her in particular to provide advice based on her professional insight in work-style reform and the advancement of women in the workplace, offer recommendations on management plans, and supervise business execution from an objective external perspective.
Outside Director	Kazumi Kuroda	She has been reappointed as Outside Director so that her extensive experience and deep insight gained through key positions at companies in the same industry as the Company can continue to contribute to the Company’s management. Following her reappointment, the Company expects her in particular to provide advice based on her professional insight into compliance and sustainability, offer recommendations on management plans, and supervise business execution from an objective external perspective.

Based on his extensive experience and deep insight, the Company has deemed him suitable for the role of Auditor and has reappointed him as Auditor.
Outside Auditor	Hideo Nomura	He has worked for a financial institution for many years and has advanced professional knowledge in finance and accounting, as well as a track record as an Auditor at other companies. Based on his extensive experience and deep insight, the Company has deemed him suitable for the role of Auditor and has reappointed him as Auditor.
Outside Auditor	Yoshitaka Sato	He has served as a Managing Director or Executive Officer in finance and internal control divisions, and has considerable knowledge of finance and accounting. Based on his extensive experience and deep insight, the Company has deemed him suitable for the role of Auditor and has reappointed him as Auditor.
Outside Auditor	Masaaki Shinomiya	Although he has no direct experience in corporate management, he has considerable knowledge of finance and accounting as a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Public Tax Accountant. Based on his extensive experience and deep insight, the Company has deemed him suitable for the role of Auditor. He is expected to appropriately evaluate the Company’s financial position and conduct audits, and has therefore been appointed as Auditor.

Board of Directors

The Board of Directors makes decisions on the Company’s business execution and supervises the performance of duties by Directors and Executive Officers. It holds regular meetings at least once a month and extraordinary meetings as necessary. Auditors also attend Board of Directors meetings and participate in discussions, thereby strengthening the Company’s management oversight function.
