Respect for Human Rights

  1. We respect human rights and do not engage in discrimination based on race, gender, age, nationality, religion, ideology, disability, health status, sexual orientation, gender identity, job category, employment status, or any other personal characteristic. We also do not engage in any form of harassment that undermines an individual’s dignity.
  2. We respect workers’ fundamental rights, including the rights to freedom of association, collective bargaining, and collective action. We do not tolerate, engage in, or knowingly contribute to forced labor or child labor.
  3. We also expect our business partners to respect human rights.

We disclose corporate information promptly, accurately, and fairly in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, as well as the Timely Disclosure Rules established by the Tokyo Stock Exchange. We also strive to disclose, as promptly and fairly as possible, information that falls outside the scope of the Timely Disclosure Rules when it may be useful to investors in making investment decisions.
  2. Taking into account the views and expectations of our shareholders and investors, we actively engage in constructive dialogue through appropriate means and within a reasonable scope.

Relationships with the Environment

  1. We help reduce environmental impact by providing environmentally conscious solutions that promote efficient use of resources, including paper and electricity.
  2. All officers and employees strive to reduce environmental impact and actively support environmental conservation initiatives that benefit local communities.
  3. We do not participate in activities that adversely impact the global environment.

Risk Management

  1. We identify risks that may adversely affect our business activities and strive to prevent their occurrence. If such risks arise, we will implement appropriate measures to minimize any resulting losses. We also establish and maintain a crisis management framework for natural disasters and other emergencies.
