A: Only shareholders with voting rights may attend the General Meeting of Shareholders, and children who are not shareholders are not permitted to enter. As for proxies, the Articles of Incorporation provide that a proxy must be another shareholder with voting rights, and the proxy attending the meeting must submit documentation proving his or her authority to act as a proxy.

Q: When are dividend rights determined, and when are dividends paid?

A: Year-end dividends are paid in June, after the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, to shareholders recorded in the shareholder register as of March 31 each year. Interim dividends are paid in December to shareholders recorded in the shareholder register as of September 30 each year.
