Compliance Framework
Under the Compliance Committee, chaired by the Executive Officer responsible, the Group works to establish and promote a compliance framework. The Group conducts investigations, provides guidance, and carries out training and awareness-raising activities relating to compliance with labor-related and other laws and regulations, with the aim of preventing compliance violations.
Framework Initiatives
Harassment Prevention

Harassment is a serious human rights matter that undermines the dignity of employees and other personnel (i.e., all individuals working for the Company) , and harms the workplace environment. To continue creating and maintaining a safe and comfortable workplace environment where all employees and other personnel respect one another, the Company has established the following policy.
- The Company does not tolerate harassment or other conduct that undermines individual dignity. Nor does it tolerate the overlooking of such conduct.
- Employees and other personnel must not engage in harassment or other conduct that undermines individual dignity.
- The Company maintains consultation and reporting channels for the prompt and appropriate resolution of harassment and related issues.
The Company protects the privacy of employees and other personnel who make reports and takes due care to ensure that they do not suffer any disadvantageous treatment as a result of consultations or complaints.
The Company also provides training for employees in managerial positions and above to raise awareness and help prevent misconduct.
Whistleblowing System
The Group has a whistleblowing system to enhance the effectiveness of its compliance efforts.
The Audit Office serves as the internal whistleblowing channel, and the Company’s legal counsel serves as the external channel. Whistleblowers may choose either channel at their own discretion and submit reports by email or other means of communication. If misconduct is identified through an investigation, the Company promptly takes corrective action and implements measures to prevent recurrence. The Whistleblowing Rules provide for the protection of whistleblowers’ privacy and prohibit any disadvantageous treatment of whistleblowers for making a report.
